TAPAS meeting in Crete

Last week NACEE, as a part of the Consortium, participated in the Third Annual TAPAS meeting held in Crete. Before the meeting two workshops were organized in order to discuss the found recommendations for new, flexible approaches in aquaculture licensing and regulations. The second workshop focused on the testing of the Aquaculture Sustainability Toolbox – the main result of the project.

After the meeting, a visit to the host organizer, the Institute of Marine Biology, Biotechnology and Aquaculture (part of the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research), was held.
